Le Phenix Hotel Lyon

The hotel was located in a charming historical building, which added a romantic touch to our stay. the service at the hotel was excellent. the staff, especially Julian, went out of their way to assist us and even recommended a fantastic bouchon restaurant. the location of the hotel was superb, just minutes away from the old town. We loved being able to explore the city and enjoy the beautiful river views.

The room we were allocated was a bit small, which was a minor inconvenience for us. the breakfast at the hotel was not up to our expectations.

Rooms were clean and quiet with double windows. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Great dining recommendation. Breakfast room had good offerings. Convenient location for sightseeing.

The location was perfect, as it was close to all the major tourist attractions and right in front of the little port. I could easily explore the city and even watch Champions League football in Lyon without any hassle. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spotless and comfortable room that had a huge, cozy bed and a luxurious bathtub with jets. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations and even scheduling a taxi for me. Additionally, the hotel's eco-friendly efforts, such as refilling glass bottles of water, were very commendable.
